Emanera & Isoptin sr
The metabolism of Esomeprazole can be decreased when combined with Verapamil.

Emanera & Pradaxa
The serum concentration of the active metabolites of Dabigatran etexilate can be reduced when Dabigatran etexilate is used in combination with Esomeprazole resulting in a loss in efficacy.

Isoptin sr & Prenessa
The metabolism of Verapamil can be decreased when combined with Perindopril.

Isoptin sr & Pradaxa
The serum concentration of the active metabolites of Dabigatran etexilate can be increased when Dabigatran etexilate is used in combination with Verapamil.

Isoptin sr & Paralen 500
The metabolism of Acetaminophen can be decreased when combined with Verapamil.

Prenessa & Pradaxa
The serum concentration of the active metabolites of Dabigatran etexilate can be increased when Dabigatran etexilate is used in combination with Perindopril.

Pradaxa & Paralen 500
The serum concentration of the active metabolites of Dabigatran etexilate can be increased when Dabigatran etexilate is used in combination with Acetaminophen.

Food interactions and other recommendations

Emanera: Take without regard to meals.
Isoptin sr: Avoid alcohol. Avoid excessive quantities of coffee or tea (Caffeine). Avoid natural licorice. Avoid taking with grapefruit juice. Take with food.
Prenessa: Herbs that may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril include: bayberry, blue cohash, cayenne, ephedra, ginger, ginseng (American), kola and licorice. High salt intake may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril. Perindopril may decrease the excretion of potassium. Salt substitutes containing potassium may increase the risk of hyperkalemia. Take without regard to meals.
Pradaxa: St. John's Wort
Paralen 500: Avoid alcohol (may increase risk of hepatotoxicity). Take without regard to meals.
