Food interactions and other recommendationsWarfarin pmcs: Avoid alcohol. Avoid drastic changes in dietary habit. Avoid St. John's Wort. Consult your doctor before ingesting large amounts of dietary Vitamin K (e.g. from green leafy vegetables). Limit garlic, ginger, gingko, and horse chestnut.
Aspirin: Avoid alcohol, alcohol appears to cause a 50 to 100% increases in ASA serum levels. Take with a full glass of water. Take with food to reduce gastric irritation.
