dextromethorfanu (tlumí kašel).
Přípravek Paralen grip chřipka a kašel je určen k odstranění příznaků chřipky a nachlazení
doprovázených suchým kašlem a ucpaným nosem. Přináší úlevu od horečky, bolesti hlavy, bolesti
