The risk or severity of adverse effects can be increased when Alprazolam is combined with Escitalopram.

Neurol 0,5 & Prenessa
The serum concentration of Alprazolam can be increased when it is combined with Perindopril.

Cipralex & Godasal 500
Escitalopram may increase the antiplatelet activities of Acetylsalicylic acid.

Cipralex & Controloc
The metabolism of Escitalopram can be decreased when combined with Pantoprazole.

Godasal 500 & Prenessa
Acetylsalicylic acid may decrease the antihypertensive activities of Perindopril.

Food interactions and other recommendations

Neurol 0,5: Avoid alcohol. Avoid excessive quantities of coffee or tea (Caffeine). Avoid taking with grapefruit juice. Take with food.
Cipralex: Take without regard to meals.
Godasal 500: Avoid alcohol, alcohol appears to cause a 50 to 100% increases in ASA serum levels. Take with a full glass of water. Take with food to reduce gastric irritation.
Prenessa: Herbs that may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril include: bayberry, blue cohash, cayenne, ephedra, ginger, ginseng (American), kola and licorice. High salt intake may attenuate the antihypertensive effect of perindopril. Perindopril may decrease the excretion of potassium. Salt substitutes containing potassium may increase the risk of hyperkalemia. Take without regard to meals.
Controloc: Take without regard to meals.
